of Sale Stickers
Notice informing the
checkwriter of your check acceptance policy must be conspicuously
posted at the point of sale. The double sided "peal and
stick" notice shown below is provided and can be attached to
the cash register and front entrance to the store.

Now that the consumer has been
notified of the electronic process, you may debit qualifying
checks directly from the checkwriters account. A qualifying
check is described as a check that is:
- Returned as an NSF or
Uncollected funds item
- Less than $2,500.00
- Drawn on a consumer account.
Currently commercial checks are not eligible.
- Check must be less than 180
days old.
