As a Check Assist customer you provide us with important information about yourself.  We believe it is our responsibility to safeguard your personal and financial information and we will never share that information with anyone without your permission.

We have developed the following privacy policy to ensure you the confidentiality you deserve.  You have our promise that we will adhere to these guidelines.

NOTICE OF YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

We, our, and us, when used in this notice, means Quick Check Inc. DBA Check Assist.

When we use the words “you” and “your” we mean our software users, ISO’s, partners, as well as the account information belonging to any of the clients that they provide services for.

Definitions:

·         Software user.  Anyone who has provided us with personal information and has purchased or uses any of our software products, including but not limited to

o     eSoftPayment,

o    Check Chase

o    QuickACH

o    Deposit One

·         ISO’s.  Any individual or group of individual who promote, market, resell, or otherwise sell or distribute any of the services or software, including that listed above.

·         Partners.  Any individual or group of individuals that work closely with us to develop custom software reporting and/or solutions that will utilize our companies attributes in a manner beneficial to the end user.

·         Clients.  Anyone who is an end user of our software or services, regardless of whether the company has a direct relationship with us or whether the clients have a direct relationship with one of our ISO’s or partners.

THE INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information you provide on applications, agreements, licenses, or other forms.
• Information about the ACH or Check 21 transactions sent to us.
• Information about you from the transactions processed by companies using our software or electronic processing services.
• Information from consumer reporting agencies, but not limited to credit reporting, NSF check verification centers, or Credit Bureau reports designed to validate your identity.

THE CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
