Your Customer Keeps Control

Check Chase Online puts electronic check collection (RCK) in reach of every business in America.

It is no longer necessary to send returned checks to a collection agency to take advantage of this powerful service.

Check Chase Online is preconfigured to electronically collect returned checks regardless of what State your customers business is located.

Check Chase Online - How it Works

Check Chase Online was designed to be intuitively powerful, meaning the operational side is governed by logical algorithms that pull instructions from a simple setup form. Because of this design, system operation is almost entirely automatic and requires very little (if any) operational oversight. This means your Commercial Customers won't have to learn a new software program or apply daily resources to operate the system.

Check Chase Online will collect Consumer Checks and Commercial Checks as well as failed ACH transactions. Results of the collection process are displayed in an online control panel to be viewed any time your customers wish. Reasonable user intervention allows your Commercial Customer to modify re-presentment dates and remove selected checks from the system when customer service needs arise.

Banks can upload checks to the system via an X9 file saving costs associated with mailing paper items.  Banks without X9 capability can add checks to the system using our proprietary online imaging system.
