Using our eSoftPayment
Check Processing Software
to convert paper checks to electronic checks, is as simple as
1,2,3.
- When
your customer hands you a check for payment, you simply run
it through the eSoftPayment
scanner, where the image and check
information is captured and stored.
- Hand
the check back to your customer and have him sign the
receipt that the
software prints.
(The software will save the check images should you need
them in the future.)
- Press
the "transmit" button on the software when you are
ready to batch out, and the check information is sent for
processing. The checkwriters account is debited and
your account is credited.
