Check Chase Online
Check Chase Online is a cloud based RCK solution designed for grocery, convenience, and small or large retail. Check Chase Online can be branded by banks or other service providers and offered as a profit share or value added outsource service.
For Merchants, there are no charges to use the system as the system is funded through the collection of State Authorized NSF collection fees. NSF checks are entered into the system through a number of ways including X9 import, individual or batch scanning, or manually.
The Check Chase Online system runs automatically, electronically representing eligible returns and crediting paid items to your business account(s). Items that do not qualify for electronic representment can be recovered by Check Assist or a Check Assist affiliate, or returned to you for internal handling.

For Grocery, Convenience and Retail. Using Check Chase Online allows companies to collect both the face value of their returned checks (or ACH transactions) as well as any associated NSF Fees. Consider Check Chase Online as a "pre collections" tool that turns the easily collected items (and fees) into a profit center and forwards only the more difficult items for secondary collections.

For Banks. Check Chase Online allows any bank to create a profit center while offering their Commercial Depositors a RCK collection solution. Unlike most systems, Check Chase Online doesn’t require you share sensitive data with outside agencies. Client signup can be opt-in or opt-out, depending on preference. Returns are uploaded via X9 file, or banks without X9 capability can scan returns directly into the system using any imager that supports the Ranger Driver. While most banks will view these delivery options as easy to implement, we also offer consulting and custom programming for any bank wishing to fully automate data flow between their processing department and the Check Chase Online system.

While our Check Chase Online solution has pretty much replaced the need for traditional check recovery software, there are still times when it makes sense.
